我が背子(ｾｺ)が 帰り来まさむ 時のため 命残さむ 忘れたまふな
狭野弟上娘子(ｻﾉﾉｵﾄｶﾞﾐｵﾄﾒ)
(現代語訳)
あなたが帰って来られるでしょう、その時のために、私は生きておりましょう。お忘れにならないでください。
You will come back. I will be alive for the time to come.
Please do not forget I will wait for the moment to come.
